Cut the pastry sheets in a 2 big circle. On 1 circle, put all around shredded cheese and on the middle of the circle, put the meat mixture.

Put the other pastry circle on the top of the other one and close the end very well (you can use a little water for making them stay glued together).

The all the circle in slices just until the middle of the circle. This all the slices and smear raw egg on it then add on the top poppy seeds. Bake it at 200C for 40-50min.
