The dough: In a cup, put milk and yoghurt and heat it (should be warm not hot). After warmed up, add dry yeast, sugar and mix.

In a bowl, put yolks, salt, then add milk and yoghurt mixture and mix. Add flour and mix everything well.

After mixing, use oil for kneading for around 20min. Let it rest at room temperature for 1hour.

The filling: Chop the cabbage and onion. In a pan, add oil and quickly fry the onion then add cabbage and water and let it boil at low fire until the juice evaporates.

Assemble the pie: After resting, divide the dough in small balls.

Take one by one ball, flatten it by hand, add the pickled cabbage mixture on it, then fold it.
