Pumpkin filling: Peel the pumpkin and grate it. In a pan, put oil, grated pumpkin and sugar then fry then until it’s evaporated. In the end, add vanilla essence and cinnamon powder then let them cool down.

The dough: In a cup, put milk and yoghurt and heat them (should be warm not hot)

After warm up, add dry yeast, sugar and mix.

In a bowl, put yolks, salt, milk and yoghurt mixture and mix them then add flour and mix everything well.

And knead it using cannola oil. Let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour.

Shape the pie: Divide the dough in pieces.

Take one piece and make it flat, put on top of pumpkin filling and roll the dough. Repeat the procedures until finishing the dough.
