Dough: Bread flour
500g
Milk
125ml
Yoghurt
125g
Salt
2tsp
Dry yeast
1tsp
Sugar
2tsp
Veg oil
50g
Yolks
3pc
Filling: pumpkin grated
300g
Sugar
150g
Cannola oil
50ml
Vanilla essence
1tsp
Cinnamon powder
作り方

Pumpkin filling:
Peel the pumpkin and grate it.
In a pan, put oil, grated pumpkin and sugar then fry then until it’s evaporated.
In the end, add vanilla essence and cinnamon powder then let them cool down.

The dough: In a cup, put milk and yoghurt and heat them (should be warm not hot)

After warm up, add dry yeast, sugar and mix.

In a bowl, put yolks, salt, milk and yoghurt mixture and mix them then add flour and mix everything well.

And knead it using cannola oil. Let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour.

Shape the pie: Divide the dough in pieces.

Take one piece and make it flat, put on top of pumpkin filling and roll the dough. Repeat the procedures until finishing the dough.

Bake them at 160degrees for 1hour.
