Sweet potato 'nice cream'(banana ice cream) with chopped apples, passionfruit & fresh figs

Do you eat the peel of passion fruit?
I didn't know the best timing to eat this is after the peel gets wrinkled.

Nope, only the pulp inside. Yes, the more wrinkled the peel the riper it is and hence sweeter.
