pita bread with hummus,eggplant jam

vegetarian night-hummus is chickpea puree,very straight forward recipe.But this is the first time I made this eggpant jam,got the recipe from "davidlebovitz.com",one of my favorite food blog.The dark stuff on the top is pomegranate molasses,makes everything tasty!
