Char Siew Chicken

Boneless Chicken Thigh
2 pieces
Char Siew Sauce
2 Tbsp
Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp
Rice Wine
1 Tbsp
Garlic (mince)
2 Cloves
Honey
1 Tbsp

Clean chicken thigh and remove skin, pat dry and marinate with all the above ingredients. Cover the chicken and store in the fridge for up to 4 hours.

Heat up a non-stick wok with some oil. Transfer marinated chicken thigh together with the sauce and cook with a cover lid for 5 minutes. Flip the chicken occasionally, remove lid to continue cooking until the sauce turns caramelize.
