Saw Sakurako's roast pork and it looks irresistible,western style(size) but oriental seasoning,just the way I love it!These days my roast meat doesn't go in the oven at all,instead I have been using sous vide (真空調理法)method to cook my meat in water bath,resulting perfect doness every time! After the meat is cooked,it is quickly grilled.

Your roast pork looks attractive and delicious!It's very much like our Cantonese char siu 広東义焼,but much bigger piece,also much simplier seasoning,I followed your instructions and it tasted so good!Thank you for great idea!

Your roast pork looks super delicious,and came with a recipe,I had to make,it came out really good,I enjoyed so much!I can't finish at once,some are sliced and stored in freezer.Good for quick meals on noodle,rice or in sandwich later!
If you have seen this in China town,it must be our Cantonese char siu/叉焼/チャーシュー,I also made before,it has a few more things for marinade漬け,yours is simpler,but just as tasty !
