Curry chicken wing

coconut cream
1 can
chicken wings
10 pieces
stock power
seasoning
fish sauce
seasoning
yellow curry paste
half jar
kaffir lime leaf

Heat oil in a small deep frying pan

Divide curry paste and coconut cream into four part

Start fried curry paste with coconut cream until fragrant, repeat the same method again until finished, then add stock powder then stir well

Add chicken wing, stir into sauce then cover with lid. Allowed to cook for 10 minute then stir

Remove the lid, gently stir then cover with the lid. Allowed to cook another 10 minute or until chicken is cooked

Once chicken is cooked turn off the heat then toss sliced kaffir lime leaf into the curry

Served with steamed rice and extra sliced chilli if preferred
