Reuben Sandwich/ルーベンサンドイッチ

Love this deli style sandwich,but buying everything to make one is a lot of trouble,and it's better off just to just order one in a deli/restaurant.But since I am making my own rye bread,it's one step easier...
Rye bread,corn beef,sauerkraut,Swiss emmental ,thousand island used.

I am always amazed looking at the photos of Reuben sandwiches served at American delis,this is only S size compared to them!I got greedy but I love all the cold cuts!😁

Sooo Phat!! This is authentic diner's looks! I guess such manly sandwich nowhere to be found in Japan.
Japanese deli's reuben sand is so stingy..yours my ideal!! tasty your homemade bread and melted cheese,thickness salty beef,added sour cabegge become nice accent!! Love pretty flags too!
