なすの揚げ浸しにしょうがたっぷりの鶏そぼろあんをかけました！ついでに豆腐も揚げてあんかけ揚げ出し豆腐も作っちゃいました😃美味しかったー🎵
盛り付けはハイレベル過ぎて真似できなかったので至って普通です！

Excellent job,I really like you add tofu as well,I could tell this taste delicious, and don't worry about not looking like mine,family dish doesn't have to look good all the time!I over do it all the time....Thank you for doing my dish,I am very happy!
