Sprinkled with almond and served with a herb and cheese sauce.
Really simple,whole cauliflower is placed in the oven for 20 mins,covered,then uncover for another 20.
Not only delicious,the whole room was filled with sensational aroma when baking,I never knew cauliflower could be so good!
I have many possibilities of condiments in mind to served this with,I will definitely make this again.

Yes,so easy,no need to cut,just put whole cauliflower in the oven,40 minute after and something amazing comes out,and the smell is heavenly,really really good!

Good evening Tomo San,thank you for your kind words once again!
I discovered the best way to cook cauliflower!However I couldn't take all the credit,I got the idea from the internet and I adjusted it so it's easier for me.Basically it's steamed,covered with foil,to a point that a skewer could just poke through,then remove the foil and roast til slightly charred,with higher heat.The result was sublime!Of course the sauce helped a great deal,but it was just made with what I had in the fridge and the leftovers.This was all I had,I intended to leave some for lunch the next day,but I end up eating all.
I urge you to try this for a change!
