謝謝欣賞!最先的構思,是希望用掉剩下來鳳梨醬,想起鳳梨跟咖哩和墨魚也很好配,我自己又很喜愛燉得軟軟的墨魚,便做了這個,是我想出來的,用了很基本的印度香料,我想在印度南部有類似這樣的一道菜也不出奇的.很抱歉,這次介紹了又魚又肉的菜色,下次會有一道全素的!

Thanks for your comments and resnaps,Romie San!I am glad you remember my curry,and star anise is one of my favorite spice,so you will see me useing often.You are right, that was the Malaysian beef curry.But this rice is more Indian style,it's great with all curries!Thanks for looking in details too,
the leaf is curry leaf,both Indians and Malaysian use it in their curries,it adds a wonderful layer of flavor.Mortar been with me for a long time,it's an essential item at my kitchen!

印度的咖哩博大精深,我只是略懂一二,以後還會繼續研究的!八角米飯的做法是從印度人寫的書學回來的,詳細的做法是先用牛油炒香各香料(八角,孜然,丁香,肉桂,豆蔻,月桂葉),加些洋蔥炒香後再加些鹽,放進米裏煮熟便可以。喜歡的的話做些蔬菜或豆類的咖哩,配這個飯也不錯啊!

這個米飯是用牛油!😳 許多印度人由於宗教上的習慣,不吃牛🐂,是吧。這個作者不像是信印度教的。😁

對不起,是我忘記了,牛油是我們香港的叫法,如果寫作奶油或黃油,應該會明白吧,也是印度人的"ghee",製作很多咖喱也是所需的,chicken makhani的話更是不可缺少。你說得對,宗教信仰的問題,印度人絕對不會吃牛肉的,牛奶或奶油應該沒有問題吧。,

你說的對! 我平時用菜油做咖喱,可是最近喜歡用椰子油做。

最近日本漸漸地流行起用椰子油,因為電視報道說椰子油對認知症有很好的效果呢。(^。^)
