Wakame rice, garlic spinach and braised pork belly bowl

I made it with dried wakame and dried ebi, and a very nice instant dashi stock bag from a shop at the basement of Tokyo Midtown 😊
Haha I love wakame and I've made kakemeshi before. Thought it was natural to put wakame in the rice too. The Chinese do one pot rice too with veggies. 😊
