Rickのお友達のIvyからいただいた蝦子を使った鍋蹋豆腐というお料理です。
Rickのレシピを参考に作ることができました😊
揚げたお豆腐を蝦子の入ったソースで味付けたお料理です。
この蝦子は本当に香ばしくて 少し使うだけで お料理が劇的に美味しくなります! 天然の濃い海老出汁 みたいな✨
初めて食べたお料理でしたが、とっても美味しくて 日本のレストランでももっと出せばいいのに...って思いました😊

Thanks god! I adjusted seasoning for my taste. I really liked 鍋蹋豆腐,but My sauce too much thickened?? I think mine too far from your sample😰I should have reduced starch more.
Anyway,I was amazed at the deliciousness of 蝦子! 蝦子 has great 旨味! I'll create new dish with it from now on😊👍please let

For me this is one of the best traditional way to use 蝦子,and tofu is one of my favorite food!I am not going to repeat,this is just perfect execution,I think the sauce is good,not too thick at all,but I would add a little more shrimp roes,just because I love it so much!
There are some other ways of using 蝦子 too.Fried with たけのこ and 茭白(Chinese veg,but I have seen in Japan!)is popular,and so is 蝦子柚皮,pomelo skin,it's many procedures to made,but I love this dish!

I can't imagine this taste.It's so interesting using pomelo peel for savory dish! Cantonese trad cuisine are very profound,right?
Yes,we have 茭白,we call it まこも茸.it my favorite vegetable! Perhaps I can try to make it in season. I'll have to think about use for Japanese cuisine and so on too😊
