Taiwanese dish,you will find this everywhere.The mince pork is made with five spice powder and dry shitake.Also in the back,simply blanched sweet potato leaves with garlic soy sauce.

To: Tayuko thank you!Five spice powder(五香粉) is a famous Chinese spice blend,most commonly used in 福建provence and Taiwan,very aromatic and almost makes everything taste good,any place that sells Chinese grocery should easily stock this,even in Tokyo!

To: noborionapple 其實也不算多,但因愛吃的關係,各國料理也嘗試做一些,只略懂部份,還在努力學習。台灣跟香港這麼近,當然已去過多次,印象也越來越好!
