Tangy eggs

レシピ
材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Hard Boiled eggs
3-4
Fresh diced capsicum
2 pcs
Fresh cut onions large pcs.

Spring onion leaves

Carrots ring sliced
1
Any other veggies you like
Red chilli sauce
5 table spoons
Vinegar
1 tea spoon
Salt
to taste
Sugar
to taste amd bind
作り方

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add fresh veggies as mentioned in ingredients without adding salt.

Add chilli sauce and vinegar.

Add eggs and fry all contents only for a minute such that they do mot lose their crispyness.

Add salt and sugar and vinegar.

Serve by cutting the eggs open if you please.
ポイント

Boil eggs with salt in the water. Boils quicker.
