0
Soak the split chickpeas in the water for overnight and drain the water before cooking
1
Boil the chickpeas with milk and you can add water if you think you you need.(and if you are cheap like me lol)
2
blend the boiler chickpeas and make a paste like form( make sure there isn't any hard pieces otherwise your when you bite them, it won't give you good feeling)
3
In a pot put your clarified butter (ghee)/oil/butter or you can mix those together and roast your dry fruits (traditionally we use raisin, nuts, coconut) and take them out so that they won't be burned(burned raisins don't taste good trust me)
4
Now put all those cinnamons, cardamom, bay leaf in the same pot and roast them and than put the paste like chickpeas and add the sugar.
5
Cook them in the water they already have( when you put the sugar, it will release water) and stir them and put the roasted dry fruits in it now.
6
You have to stir them untill it reduces the water otherwise it will stick to the pot or might burned.
7
When the water dried out completely and it will start sticking with the spoon and also will also start to form like a dough that time you will know it is done. Turn your stove off.
8
Put some butter on your serving bowl and put the mixture there. when it cooled down a little, put some oil in your hand or spoon and give the shape you like and cut it before it is completely cooled off
9
Garnish it with additional dry fruits ( it is optional) and put it in the refrigerator for sometimes.
ポイント

You can add some other things and the measurements are as per your taste and like though( we Bangladeshi people use our hand and heart to measure things so..)

And it is inspired by the YouTube video Cooking studio by Urmi
