put oats, eggs, cinnamon, banana and 1tbsp of your yogurt in a mixing bowl and blitz together with a hand blitzer until soft wet texture.

heat your butter on a pan and add a tbsp of the mixture onto pan at a time .

defrost your mixed fruits with sweetener. place pancakes on top of eachother pour maple syrup on them then add your yogurt and mixed fruits on top then enjoy!
