Thank you Makiko San!I think Japanese people make the best cold pastas in the world,I love pasta served cold in summer too,especially when they come raw seafood and super fresh veggies!These prawns are bigger than amai ebi,good size to eat with capellini!

chopped onion,grated ginger,sesame,vinegar,めんつゆ,and sesame oil,and together with shiso,this was good start for summer,please try!About the plate,thanks,you are too kind,but again I bought it long time ago,and that time I didn't have a clue how to preserve them well,and it's stained with oil now😰.
