To: MangoPudding 也不太清楚,因為末嚐過紅糖,但聽說在中國確實稱為紅糖,跟日本和台灣的黑糖是同一類的,很喜歡它原始和天然的風味,原來還有豐富的營養價值,大家要多吃一點啊!若找不到黑糖的話,這個也應該可以用紅糖代替的。
