Thanks Yukari San,I have put the paste in the freezer,can't deal with all those sugar anymore,but I'll try the baguette later!Yes,hoshino bread is delicious and good texture,but still have to work out some issue with it,like it deflate a little after taken out from oven,and crust go slightly wrinkle
