Yep,good luck with it!I think it's a tricky thing,to do a watermelon dessert!We really don't see many around,and I certainly haven taste a satisfying one.May be there is too melon water content,if you boil it down,you loose the freshness of the fruit,and if you add other things,it will muddle the fl

大きなスイカをいただいたのでソルベにしようと作ってみました。
頑張った点は自分で作ったチョコチップです😁✌ソルベはスイカの果汁とコーンシロップ、砂糖、レモン汁で作りました。
味は美味しかったんですが、今一つポイントに欠ける味でした。
何か洋酒か、ハーブかスパイスで風味付けをした方がもっと美味しくなるかな?って思いました。
ミントかレモングラスとか合いそうですよね😊

ビニール袋に溶かしたチョコ入れて小さく絞り出して固めるだけやけど。。😁💦 作業効率を考えると買うべきだと思ったよ😁✌💕
