Coconut prawns

Been wanting to make since last year...I haven't seen this much around,but they actually taste quite delicious,if you like coconut...

The reason I haven't been able to do this dish because I couldn't find coarsely shredded coconut,fresh or dried,the finely shredded one will burn easily,at last I found it at HK's 富澤商店.But next time I will spray it wet first before I coat on the prawns.Thanks for the compliment,I was doing flower ar
