Morning porridge with minced pork and salted egg

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Uncooked rice
1 bowl
Uncooked Salted egg
1 pc
Minced pork
20 gms
Pepper soya sauce sesame oil
3 teaspoons
Water
1 bowl

Wash & soak uncooked rice with water and store in fridge overnight

Boil salted egg 15 mins

Boil & cook rice for 45 mins.
After 20 mins add water and keep stirring until the porridge is cooked and soft texture.

Add marinated minced pork after 30 mins keep stirring.

Add 1 egg and mix well with porridge

Cut salted egg in small pcs and sprinkle on porridge to serve
ポイント

No add salt to porridge as minced pork is marinated with Soya Sauce pepper sesame oil, salted egg is salty as well.😉
