chocolate and almond mug cake ☕️

作り方

- Beat the egg until the yolk and egg white mixed well. Add milk, oil and vanilla essence.

- Combine the dry ingredients and stir in the wet egg-mixture.

- Pour the cake mixture into two prepared mugs (about 250ml volume) so they're almost half filled. And bake in the microwave at 600 watt for 2 minutes.
Leave to cool and serve with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
ポイント
If the cake mixture seems too runny just add some extra ground almonds.
Instead of almonds all kinds of nuts are possible.
