Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and let sit in fridge overnight. Stir in the morning and enjoy! I prefer cold, but you can warm it in the microwave too if you prefer.
Almonds and chia seeds are optional. Still good in the steel cut oats version (which has a lot more texture than old fashion rolled) but really helps add texture if you used old fashioned rolled oats in place of the steel cut. Either one, delicious!
