Easy chilli chicken noodles

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
chicken breast
1
mushrooms
2
spinach
handful
yellow pepper
few slices
dried egg noodles
1 sheet
tin chopped tomatoes
half a tin
chilli grinder
plenty
作り方

Begin to boil a small pan of water.

Heat a splash of olive oil in a wok.

Chop the chicken into small chunks. Add to wok. Cook off for about 4-5 minutes.

Chop mushrooms and peppers. Add to wok.

When the water in the pan is boiling add the noodles and boil for about 4 minutes.

Throw in a handful of spinach and the chopped tomatoes to the wok. Season generously with chilli grinder.

When noodles are ready add to wok and mix it all up! Add more chilli to taste.

This is a really cheap, easy, low cal dinner for one. Easily made in 15 minutes. And very tasty!
