Stink beans..Sambal Petai with Rice ❤️ heaps of mushroom stalks~

Warning: NEVER FRY PETAI!
Wash halved petai with salt water.

Ingredients:
Petai (800gm)
Mushroom stalks (blended)
Belachan (2 tablespoons)
Chili paste

Sugar
Soya Sauce
Pepper
Salt

Pan fry mushroom stalks and with pinch of salt.

Then, fry chili paste with belachan & pan fried ingredients.

Add water and stir.

Then add petai to simmer for 1/2 hour till a bit thick. Add water from time to time & stir. close pan hood to simmer.
