Love oriental flavor ice dessert!

新生姜の季節だね!
甘酢漬けにしたり、ジンジャーシロップを作ったりと、生姜の使い道は幅広いね。お料理にも良いけど、リックのようにシャーベットとか、ジャムにしたり、スイーツもいいね〜♡
この写真、青みがかかっていてとてもムードがあるね。外は暑いけど、エアコンの効いた涼しい部屋で食べる。っていう場面を想像した😍

It's young ginger season,I see lots of them in market,we Chinese like making marinated ginger.I had a good ginger sorbet in a restaurant,so I thought I should try it too,I also marinated the sliced ginger first,with sugar and lemon juice,I think it would take away some bitterness.It came out real good,very refreshing with lovely Asian essence !It was a hot day,I did try to create this cool mood at home,using blue and pale colours!It was an enjoyable afternoon for me!Thinking about making ginger syrup too...
