スープカリー☆inspired by Yukaringg San

Using Yukaringg San's recipe as the basic,and made some adjustments here and there.I use pressure cooker to braise the chicken until super tender.
Veggie I used : peppers,chili,burdock,carrot, zucchini,baby corn,lotus root
ピーマン、唐辛子、ゴボウ、ニンジン、ズッキーニ、ヤングコ、 レンコン

To: rikk 其實是不喜歡速食咖哩塊煮出來的，像微波冷凍食品和調理包我也不愛，雖然方便，在日本更是普遍，但總覺得都是人工化學調味，所以盡量都自己做😋
