Italian arancini served with tomato sauce,and I wanted to make a Wafu sauce for this,so I thought of red miso,it goes well tomato too.

Good morning,Yukari San,thank you for giving full marks for this!!I love arancini too,but I rarely make this at home because I always finish my risotto!But I had some leftover cheese,so I deliberate made more genmai rice for this.I had to to think of a sauce,and this one came to my mind,tomato remin
reminiscing the original Italian,and red miso goes with tomato,cheese,and rice,because Japanese people always brush miso on onigiri and grill,right?This was the first time I did this dish,and I was quite happy with it,so if you get bored with the original,please try this,you'll love it!

Thanks so much!Main ingredient is tomato passata,also 八丁味噌,sake,mirin,dash of soy sauce,pepper,sugar,just very basic things,olive oil is dizzled on afterwards.i always love things go 'Wafu',this one makes a great snack or appetizer,please try!
