chicken with lemon , pomegrenate and cumin

Chicken thighs

Pistachios

Paprika
1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tes spoon
Dried chilli
1 tea spoon
Soy sayce
1 table spoon
Salt
1tea spoon
sugar
1 tea spoon
作り方

Make a marinade for the chicken with the paprika , cumin seeds , chilli , the zest of 1 lemon , crushed garlic , soy sauce and 1 table spoon of olive oil .

Put the chicken in the marinade and set it aside for 30 min covered in foil

Cut the red onions in 4, same with 1 lemon (don't peel the lemon) and put them in a baking tray , put the marinaded chicken on top
Cut the potatoes in 4 and areange them on the sides of the tray ( over the onions and lemons so they can absorb all the aroma while cooking )

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and leave the chicken for 40 min

Pomegranate sauce:
Get the seeds out of the pomegranate , cut the spring onions thinly , roughly chop the parsley and the pistachios , squeeze the juice of half of a lemon , add 1 tea spoon of salt and 1 of sugar ( let it set aside for 20 min before serving )
