天津飯

There is no 天津飯 that I know of from China,but we have similar thing is other name.I picked the usual ingredients from both Chinese and Japanese to make this my own.
Crab stick,ham,beans sprout,cabbage,shiitake and most importantly yellow chives
カニカマ、ハム、もやし、キャベツ、しいたけ、黃二ラ

天津飯は本格中華にはないメニューかな? フカヒレ餡掛けならありそうだけど(笑)
日本人はランチに丼ものを食べることが多いから、こんな風にご飯に乗せるメニューは定番の人気料理。
私も中華屋さんでお昼を食べるなら、かなりの確率で天津飯を注文するなぁ。
東京には、ご飯に回鍋肉(豚肉とキャベツの味噌炒め)と目玉焼きをのせた香港タクシー飯ってネーミングの料理があるんですよ

I rarely buy カニかま now,but for this type of quick meal,I have to use convenient food,tell you a secret too,I have stock granules in the sauce too!
This is a Japanese dish,but it's very delicious for Chinese like me,so well done the Japanese converting this one!
So Koji San loves this too,I am sure he makes the best!!

I actually went to 王将 and try this famous rice dish of theirs,I enjoyed that a lot,delicious enough for a very low price,also many different sauces to go with!
We have a similar dish called 芙蓉蛋飯,only there is no starch thickened sauce on top,we just splash some dark soy on.Also kind of a lunch item, the me plate meal.
Shark fin for topping too?That's a luxury version,I think it's a good idea!In HK,we also have restaurants that serve shark fin sauce on the op of fried rice,I have no idea if this is new or traditional,but many people seems to like it!

王将is convenient,always consistently delicious,many different dishes too,no wonder it's loved by many people!
I rather like カニカマ than canned crab.
It works well for cooking!
I am big fan of 天津丼,I ordering it very often at 王将 for my lunch😋
Wow...as I thought,yours looks crazy good with fluffy egg! Especially I love the one that putting green pea like yours. As for me,green pea has more importance than crab.If there is no green,it ends up to dreary looks😑😁 Yours stimulate my appetite badly...Now I plan on to go to 王将 tmr...

You are welcome!Thanks for convincing for Chinese food could be good in Japan too,I went in a 王将 at Shimbashi at one late night and order a 天津飯,I really enjoyed it!
I also tried some brands of canned crab too,and I have to say I wasn't impressed too.Nothing could beat fresh crab,but there are dishes just meant to be convenient and not hurting the wallet,like this one,that's why I choose to use crab stick.And there are better brands of crab stick too!
I hope you enjoyed yours too,if you want to make,here are my suggestions,to make it more pretty,don't flip the egg.To make it more tasty,add 黃にら!
