rikkさんの豆腐あんかけチャーハン

海老と卵のチャーハンに豆腐とブロッコリーのあんをかけました。あんかけチャーハンはたまに作ってたけど、あんに豆腐を入れるなんて豆腐好きの私でも思い付きませんでしたー。凄く美味しかったです！

Well done!Actually I have thought of dishing mine like this at first,but went the other way,now I think this looks so much better!I prefer fried rice a little dry,and this looks perfect with all the little egg bits,also good amount of tofu an,and excellent idea of adding broccoli for colour,texture
