Aux Lyonnais

It's really amazing how a linen bag evokes all the memories of a Paris trip a year ago.Ms Mangopudding posted a photo of Benoit restaurant in NYC,I recognize the linen bag that they serve bread with at the background at once and it's the same thing I saw in Paris.Run by the same owner Alain Duccass,

,Aux Lyonnaise serves flawless traditional Lyonnaise food,I also love the deco which seems like nothing has changed ever since it opened.A genuine French experience for me!

To: hiko117 it really was!The black thing is their homemade black pudding,made with meat,blood and spiced with espelette pepper,served with apple,one of the most delicious things I ever put in my mouth!

Allain Duccass is one of the most famous chefs in the world today
maybe everyone is longing to go there and appreciate everything he offers

To: mikethemighty I really respect him.We are lucky to have one of his restaurants in HK,Spoon,a fine dining place, I still don't have a chance to go yet,but I prefer more casual bistro food.

Forgot to mention Alain Ducasse has another restaurant "Adour" in NYC located inside The St. Regis New York Hotel on east 55th street. Quite pricey💰💰💰 I've never been there 😕

Wow,you actually called and asked..?But I guess things like this happen a lot in restaurant business,probably disagreement between partners, doesn't mean their food is bad....
