Grilled spare rib,nutty pear coleslaw :グリルスペアリブ、梨コールスロー

I love to eat them straight if the fruits are at their best quality,but I couldn't help using a small part of all those beautiful pears from Kinacox San,and made a couple of dishes from them!Here is the second pear dish.

Thank you,it's nice and crunchy with some fruity sweetness,good to paired with grilled meat.I like this more than the usual one,please try!

Oh, actually I made a pork dish and coleslaw yesterday!(I'm no much as good as you😁💦)
I wanted to use the pear if I looked your great post before making!
But I'm a commoner of pear..
so i should get a pear at market😁

dishes.I thought of coleslaw.I used apple before so I was sure it works with pear,the nuts add some interesting crunch too!Coleslaw is American,and so are ribs,but I marinade them with soy sauce to make this Japanese too,like pear to coleslaw.And you notice,always nice to have a sticky sweet gloss

on ribs!I just used the usual honey.
Also want to mention about the tomato flower,Kinacox San did one of these in her dish,this is a dedication!

Just mix up everything,I used sesame paste and mayo,peanuts too.How much vinegar depends on how much you like it,it's hard to give you measurement,I rarely work with it,I just keep tasting and adjust.
