Shredded Cheese Mochi ~ coated with aonori ※Aonori is dried green seaweed

80g kirimochi
50g shredded cheese
Aonori
作り方

Wet the surface of kirimochi with water, put it on a bowl(microwavable dish) and add shredded cheese.

Cover with plastic wrap, and heat it for about one and half minutes (in 600w).

Mix until it's smooth with silicone spatula.

If you divide and roll the mochi into a ball, wet your hands with water so that way, you can make it easily.
ポイント

The mochi sticks to the bowl, so soak them in water before wash the dishes.
Please be particularly careful, elderly or small children can choke on mochi.
※Kirimochi is a shelf-stable dried mochi.
