金銀蒜粉絲蒸蟶子

steam razor clam with bean thread(春雨)and two type of mince garlic,fresh and deep fried.Saw these jumbo razor clams going on sale in the market,just couldn't resist making it.Cantonese dish,very popular in seafood restaurants,works well with most shell fish.

I love all kinds of clams and 春雨 as well. Looks so nice!
