I don't mind eating McDonald's,convenient and great value for the money,I have been eating it ever since I was in primary school,so don't fool me by saying there was always just half slice of cheese in filet-o-fish,it doesn't make sense at all.So this is how I like it,fish filet coated with panko and nori,my Japanese tartar sauce,lettuce,home baked buns with sesame,and one whole slice of cheese!
Good evening Makiko!I had to make different sizes of bread because I couldn't predict how big they will be after baked,but that's ok,I ate the others for breakfast and also dinner with other filling,they are gone so fast!I know these are convenient to eat outside,but it's challenging for me to see if I could make them as good as the shops! Also I made newきゅうりのQちゃん漬け,I chopped some in the tartar sauce,I don't want to notify you everytime,because I will eat this very often,you know how thankful I am with this recipe!
Good morning Tomo San! I think so too,there are just so many choices rather than fast food,but sometimes gourmet burgers are hard to resist! So glad you like mine,I love to tackle myself with burgers,paying attentions to the details,and creating my own flavors,I have to say it's very rewarding.This one has a lot of Japanese flavors in it,some 青のりhas been mixed into the panko before frying,and tartar sauce has some Japanese pickles and shichimi powder in it too.The fish was fresh from the market,I filleted it but left the skin on,the way I like it! If I loose my job someday,I hope I still could make a living with making burgers,I would like to think that...😁 And thank you,your comment is reassuring!
