Thank you,and resnap too.I made the sauce a while ago,and kept frozen,it's a very delicious Spanish sauce, almost good with anything,will give you the recipe tonight!
Romesco sauces:soak 3 dried ñora peppers and 6 sun dried tomatoes in water for 30 mins,drained.heat olive oil in pan,add 6 garlic cloves(cut half) and 3 slices of baguette (1/2'thick,chopped)in oil,fry til golden,lift out,add 1/4 cup of almond and 1/3 cup of hazelnut to pan,cook til golden.lift out.
Then add sliced onion(from 1 onion),and cook til soften,add one can of crushed tomatoes,cook til reduced with medium heat,about 5 mins.add some paprika and seasoning,now add everything together and blend smooth,add water if too thick,then add 1.5tsp of sherry vinegar too.Good luck with it!
