Hate to waste food,but what should I do with the extra banana leaf that I bought for the Indian dinner?I grilled fish in it! Marinade: Lemongrass, shallot,garlic, white pepper,coriander roots, fish sauce. レモングラス、エシャロット、ニンニク、白胡椒、コリアンダーの根、ナンプラー。

Yes,thanks!Salon is closed for minor renovation,so I just went in a 4 days trip and try out Apple San's recommendation of "胡椒餅",etc…I had a great time,apart from a typhoon at HK really affected my flight back yesterday,21:15 flight to leave Taipei and arrived home at 05:30!Anyway,big thank you,good!
