Squid ink risotto with grilled squid

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Risotto rice
1 cup
Garlic
1/2 clove
Squid ink
1 sachet
Chicken stock
500ml
Squid
1 whole
Butter
3 knobs
Thyme
2 sprigs
作り方

Put some olive oil and stir fry the garlic. Fry till fragrant and add risotto rice.

Add in chicken store and stir constantly. Repeat this till the rice turns slightly soft.

Stir in squid ink and chicken stock again.

Meanwhile, stir fry squid (cleaned and sliced) with butter and thyme. Remove squid from heat once ready and put aside.

Add butter into the risotto and stir till soft and plate it!
ポイント

Make sure to add enough stock and stir the risotto rice constantly.
