Vietnamese curry with pumpkin,wood ear mushrooms,deep fried tofu.

Received some Vietnamese charcuteries from my wonderful friend Rosanna,prepared this Vietnamese dish to eat along with them.

Hi Makiko,interestingly this Vietnamese curry has the ingredients that are also available in Japan,so by all means do a Japanese version!
Only I have coconut milk in it,that's very SE Asian!
Wood year mushrooms rarely found in curries,but I think it's great!
