- slice n dice chicken sit to side
open cabbage mixture n mix with cut up chicken
lay flat eggroll wrap
use eggwash on end of wraps
place spoonful of mixture in the middle of roll
roll wrap east west corners first
then took south to north
deep fry til golden Brown
stand upright to drain ectra drippin oil
