Sweet and Sour Tofu

- Deep fry tofu and set aside.

- Sweet and Sour Sauce:
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon Chinese rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 table sugar
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

- Add the sauce to the wok, stir fry till sauce boils, add the tofu back into the wok and give a quick stir. Serve hot.
