Stir fried needle noodle with barbecue pork.
Looks like the Italian pasta "trofie",but actually is a very traditional type of Chinese noodle I have been eating since I was small.
Also with chive blossom,egg,bean sprout.

I exciting for this dishes,I wanted to ask you about this noodle.is it kind of rice noodle? I saw it the first time at cookbook.I couldn't find what's noodles when i looked it in a book, because i looked it assimilated with bean sprout.😁💦 It's beautifully milky-white and translucent,right?
