I love tan tan noodle,already made a few versions here,this time is a cold one,with a piece of deep fried pork chop on top!
担々麺という料理は、私が子供の頃には馴染みがなかったけど、最近はすっかりラーメン屋さんの定番料理になりました。お店で食べると辛すぎる場合があるから、自宅で自分の好みの味を追求するのが良いね!
シンプルで、麺と肉、それぞれの主張がしっかりしていそうな一皿だね!美味しそうです😊

Tan tan men is not local Cantonese dish,so unlike you,I only had my first while I was older,but I fell in love with it,the most original is just noodle and sesame sauce,then came all the modified version.
I realize many ramen shops sell this in Japan,but most of them are too spicy for me,so I made for myself.
It's another Chinese dish that the Japanese who actually make more interesting!
