Cut chicken breast into chunks or bite size cubes. Marinate with fisg sauce turmeric cumin and pepper powder. Minimum is 30 minutes or overnight for a better taste.

For sauce: 1 cup ketchup mix with half cup sugar then add honey. Mix and set aside.

For batter: Mix flour cornstarch and eggs altogether. Add eggs and beath the mixture thoroughly. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the chicken and mix up with hands until all chicken are coated.

On a hot wok, add generous amount of oil. Once hot, fry the chicken until golden brown. Once done, heat up another clean pan. Pour i ketchup honey mixture and stir. Once boiling, throw in cooked chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover lid for 3 minutes. Dish out with your favorite rice. Garnish with coriander mint or basil leaves
