北京炸醬麵

I have done this before,but finally I'm able to make this more authentic this time.When I had this in Beijing,it came with lots of toppings,among them was this interesting reddish daikon which I later found out,called '心𥚃美',and only recently they are available in HK,my very kind colleagues found it
for me,a big thank you to them!

Yes,I have good memory of this from Beijing,but it annoys me that I couldn't reproduce this at home without this 心裡美,so glad I found it finally.Anyway it wasn't big in flavour,but it adds a nice crunch and attractive colour,the overall result was good!I have seen the red skin with whi

white flesh in HK too,but I haven't tried that.This is white skin,with a bit of green after you peel away the white,and red flesh inside,the shape is much shorter then normal daikon,it's probably what you have there.
Frankly,I think you should definitely consider Beijing too,as a place to travel,it'

Of course I will give you advice.But although I travel alone most of the time,I won't recommend it for a single girl,especially to cities which are unsafe(even Europe countries nowadays!),also since you are a foodie,it's always better for more people
to share meals.Actually I went there with one of my best friend,so I could try many different food,I was very lucky we share the same interests .And you could always ask me too,we have lots in common,we can be travel buddies!I think 桃居 has it's significant reputation in ceramic trading,I am sure Mr.
Kojima will prepare many new stuffs.Btw,you want me to go ahead on 20th and reserve anything that you like,just in case it's fast selling out?
