This really is a slice of heaven for me!
Just very basic things,しらす,cheese,ネギ,and my-now-passable-bread dough,but they work beautifully together,so good I wanted to make another one right away,but I had used up all shirasu in this one!
Why does Japanese ingredients always work so well in Italian cui
cuisine?!I am amazed!Anyone have anymore Japanese/Italian pizza idea?I want to try some more!
Talking about pizza,I have a hard time figuring out why pizza shops in Japan only serve two styles(margherita and marinara),I know the focus is always the bread,but a few more basic styles really wouldn't t
take away the attention,would it?Don't you think?

Thank you so much!Shirasu on pizza is simple and good,it's the best Japanese and Italian combination!Usually I love 大葉 too,but ネギ works specially good in this one,I promise you!I put on the ネギ first,then the cheese.Please try!
